"Return To The Water" belongs to a group exhibition at St Woolos Hospital in Newport. It is a photograph, and a supporting video that presents the experience of when our bodies connect to water.

This was a response to an Open Call from Gwent Arts in Health who wanted to enrich the hospital environment with Artwork themed around Nature and the NHS.

​

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the exhibition has been delayed and will be officially shown in May 2020.

Return To The Water, 2020

"We are all beings of water, with an instinctive connection between our bodies and nature. Within this connection lies spirituality, a recognition that nature and humanity are one.

 

When water flows across our Welsh land, we move alongside it, growing throughout our modern lives with nature as our organic companion, and I hope through this piece that you are able to return to the water that has been by your side from the very beginning.
